Oh wow...I love it. Especially the detail in the sculpture, how it's highlighted by the shadows. Now, I'm not a fan of Jesus (at all) but I must say, this is a beautiful shot.

Thanks, I'm no fan of the man either. The photo shows part of the National Monument on Dam Sq in Amsterdam, so it's actually not old J in the picture, but probably "truth being sacrificed on the altar of fascism" or something like that.

Don't we all. Have a great All Hallows' Eve (as this day/eve is called in Scandinavia), I'll take a walk in a cemetery tomorrow night and look at all the lights that have been lit on the graves. No sentimentality though - only enjoyment.

Very nice! We don't have any decent graveyards around. When I lived in New Hampshire (USA) we had very old ones that I used to just sit in. I hope you had fun!
